Tour Price Conditions
All tour prices quoted are per Person, based on double occupancy and Land only portion (unless otherwise indicated). Although changes are not anticipated, prices, itinerary schedules are subject to change. (Please note the Euro Currency increased significantly against the value of the US Dollar since 2003. Currency Converter). Single rooms are available on a limited basis; the supplement for a single room varies depending on the tour (see individual tours for details). The single room supplement is due at the time of the final balance.
Tour Deposit
All tour reservations require a $200 deposit per Person. Tour deposits are due at least 4 months prior to tour departure; however, because we limit our tours to small groups (maximum 25 people), deposits and tour reservations should be submitted as early as possible. Tour Reservations can be made online or by mail; and the tour deposit is paid either through our secured and verified server or by check. All tour deposits are refundable (see our
Terms & Agreement for details and our cancellation policy).
Tour Booking Process
Book a Tour by Mail: (1) Complete and submit our
Tour Reservation Form [or print and send it] and (2) pay the tour deposit by check.
Book a Tour Online: (1) Locate the tour in our
Tour Booking Center and complete the Tour Reservation. Click 'Add Tour to Cart'. (2) Click 'Check Out' to complete your booking and pay the deposit by credit card.
Your receipt is provided as confirmation of your booking. You will be sent a Travel Packet with helpful pre-trip information and materials within 30 days of your booking. Payment in full is due 90 days prior to tour departure. The final balance must be paid by certified bank check.
Flights
It is possible to arrive early in Europe or stay longer after the Tour. We can arrange your pre- or post-tour package, complete with airport transfers, hotels and local sightseeing tours. If you plan to book your own airfare to meet up with a tour; please contact Alpventures regarding important details on meeting the group.
